Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Canada: 7–15 business days

International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Timeless Tibits is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Timeless Tibits is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
